This membership plan (the “Plan”) is NOT INSURANCE. Plan members pay periodic membership fees in exchange for access to discounts on certain identified health care services rendered by participating providers in accordance with the plan fee schedule. Plan members are obligated to pay providers directly for services rendered. Plan details, retail fees and member savings may vary by plan, provider and/or office location, please see plan terms and conditions for details. Plan is an annual contract and includes an auto renewal feature. You can opt out of auto renewal at any time from the Member Portal. To obtain additional information about membership plans, please call (801) 794-8344 or email questions to rogersdentistry@gmail.com. You may cancel your Plan membership at any time. You will receive a full refund of membership fees paid to Rogers Center for Dentistry if (i) the cancellation request is received within the first 30 days of the current annual contract term and (ii) no discounted dental services have been provided to any member(s) during the current term.

Value is based on your dentist’s standard professional fees.

Dr Rogers will often make a follow up call to check on patients after major dental work which is definitely going the extra mile. He’s often booked out but is worth the wait. I had a cleaning appointment today at Roger’s Center for Dentistry, and I’m really happy with how I was treated. They wanted to take some X-rays, but my insurance only covers them once a year and I had already done them earlier this year. The hygienist didn’t try to sell me anything — she just went ahead and took great care of me. I felt comfortable and confident the whole time because I knew she was looking out for me.

At the end of my cleaning, the doctor came by, talked with me, and answered all my questions. Everyone was kind, patient, and professional. I left feeling genuinely cared for and very grateful for the way they treat their patients.
